5 New Townhouses Open!
The Lake Marion Golf Villas, the Santee area’s premier on-course overnight accommodations for more than 10 years, is expanding its facilities. Due to overwhelming demand, 10 new Townhouses will open in spring 2016, bringing the total number of units available for your next golf vacation stay to 34. Along with the original Villas introduced in the spring of 2006, the luxurious Townhouses are located along the fairways of Lake Marion Golf Course.
Already available and in demand is the Hospitality Clubhouse which includes a large gathering space with a kitchen area and flat screen TV for use by groups of 16-32, plus a smaller space for groups of less than 16. Each room features an expansiveevent scoreboard. Both rooms open up to one space, large enough to comfortably accommodate up to 48 people.
